He has worked with some of the premier public and private Institutions in different parts of the country, viz, Space Application Centre (SAC), ISRO, Ahmadabad (Gujarat); Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar (Punjab); National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra (Haryana); J. C. Bose University of Science and Technology, Faridabad (Haryana); Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida (Utter Pradesh); E-Max Group of Institutions, Ambala, Ambala College of Engineering, Ambala and. M. University, Mullana (Ambala) as Research Scientist, Professor, Dean, Director / Principal, and Registrar. From July 01, 2015, to June 30, 2017, He contributed as Chairman, Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), Ambala Sub-Centre, Haryana. As a professional in the area of Nuclear Physics, Material Science, Nanotechnology and Artificial Intelligence, He has contributed as a member of the Advisory Board of Academic Activities and Human Resource Development Programmes at various Institutions; Life Member and Member of Executive Council of Nuclear Track Society of India; Society for Scientific Values (SSV); Indian Association for Physics Teachers (IAPT); and Secretary, Vigyan Bharti, Haryana, to name a few.
MHRD recognised his contribution in planning and management of academic programmes and institutions, and depute him through IIT Roorkee as the first Professor-Registrar for “Leadership for Academicians Programme (LEAP)” at Michigan State University, the USA during Nov.17 to Dec.07, 2018. My academic and professional contributions have been well-received as a key-note speaker, Chairperson Technical Sessions and Invited Speaker and participant in 38 National and International Conferences, Seminars, Symposia, Workshops and Summer Schools. He has been instrumental in completing 10 research projects sponsored by agencies, viz., ISRO, CSIR, DRDO, MHRD, IUAC and MoEFCC. The outcome of these projects, and master and doctoral level research have been published (76 publications) in leading National and International Journals and edited books. Books, viz., Engineering Physics and Mathematics are to my credit for undergraduate students.
His contributions at Gautam Buddha University since June 2019 include Administrative and Academic reforms as Chairperson; Dean, University School of Information and Communication Technology; NAAC related activities as Director IQAC Cell, Chairperson of recently established Centre for Rapid and Alternative Energy Mobility (CRAEM), and Centre of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence, and Professor In-charge Central Computer Centre. The academic contributions include teaching engineering students at Post Graduate and Doctoral level, and supervision of M. Tech.. Dissertation and Doctoral research. Further, He has been instrumental as Dean (USICT) for starting new courses ranging from Certificate, Diploma, B. Tech. to M. Tech. in the area of RAMS, PHM and Maintenance and Design Engineering, and Big Data Analytics.

Research Profile: Dr. Aarti Gautam Dinker has completed her Ph. D. from USICT, Gautam Buddha University in the area of security in wireless sensor networks. She has done master’s degree in information security and cyber law from IIIT Allahabad. She did her B. Tech. from Rohilkhand University (Bareilly) in Electronics and Communications. Her main interest areas of research are information security, security in wireless networks like WSN, cloud, IoT, authentication protocols, legal perspectives of digital security, data security etc. She believes that through an interdisciplinary approach scientific problems may find better solutions. In this progressive research direction, she has published many research papers in Scopus indexed International journals/conferences like IEEE, Taylor Francis, Springer etc. She has also authored book chapters. She has supervised more than 50 M. Tech. Dissertation students.

Research Profile: Dr. Anurag Singh Baghel actively working in the area of Optimization Techniques, Soft Computing Techniques including Evolutionary Computation, Deep Learning, Rough Sets, etc, Big Data Analytics. More than 15 years of experience in teaching and research at the University level in a substantive capacity. He has also contributed more than 100 papers/articles/chapters in national/international journals and conferences.

He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Gautam Buddha University in 2014. He has supervised more than 60 M. Tech.. dissertations under his guidance. His research interests span Expert System, Machine Learning, IoT, and Search Engines. He has published many research articles in SCI/ Scopus indexed International journals/conferences like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, etc. He has participated in many international conferences. Research Profile: Navaid Z. Rizvi, Doctorate in Microsystems Engineering received M. S.in Information and Communication engineering from TUD, Germany. He also acquired an M.S from Hochschule Furtwangen University, Germany in microsystems engineering. In 2010, he joined the Department of ECE, University School of ICT at Gautam Buddha University, India. His research interests centered on VLSI, MEMS, Signal Processing, Antenna Design, and Microwave Technology. His recent research activities include studies of behavioral ML-based analysis of Microsystems, Low Power VLSI techniques; MEMS-based antennas, RF resonators, and Reliability aspects of Digital/Analog Circuits & Interconnects. Dr. Rizvi received the 2016 IETE best research paper Gowri Award. Being a technical motivator and an able communicator, he had delivered 45+ technical Keynote talks. Besides this, he possesses several years of corporate experience working in India and scientific laboratories in Europe.

Research Profile: Dr. Neeta Singh earned her bachelor’s in (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) from Agra University in 1999 and master degree (M.C.M) in Computers and Management from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, India, in 2003. She has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Agra University, Center for Information and Decision Sciences in 2007. She has got the best paper in Bharat Ganita Parsad for the Applied Mathematics category, Markovian Queue with Randomly Changing Arrival Rates and With A Resume Level Under N-policy She has been with the Department of Computer Science, USICT, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida 2009, where She is currently an Assistant Professor. Her research interests include Mobile Computing, Cellular networks, applied probability, queueing theory, stochastic modeling, performance analysis of computer and communication systems. She has published 12 papers in refereed international journals and over 15 papers in refereed international conferences in these areas. She was technical program committee member in IACC 2013 and various other conferences. Recently, She has published a book entitled “Traffic Management Models For Wireless Communication Network” in LAP Lambert Academic Publishing.

Research Profile: Dr. Pradeep Tomar has been working as faculty in the University School of Information and Communication Technology, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, U.P., India since 2009. Dr. Tomar earned his Ph.D. from MDU, Rohtak, Haryana, India. Dr. Tomar has excellent teaching, research, and software development experience as well as vast administrative experience at the university level on various posts. His major current research interest is in Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence. He has supervised more than 90 M. Tech.. Dissertations and 08 Ph.D. under his guidance and he is guiding various research scholars in the area of software engineering, artificial intelligence, reusability of code, soft computing technique, and IoT. He is working as a Co-investigator in a sponsored research project in High throughput design, synthesis, and validation of TALENs for targeted Genome Engineering, funded by the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology Government of India. He has also filed more than 6 patents at the national and international levels. He has also contributed more than 180 papers/articles/chapters in national/international journals & conferences and more than 08 books with national and international publishers.

She has served as a Technical Chair, General Chair, and Keynote Speaker of many international and national conferences. Research Profile: Dr. Vimlesh Kumar Ray is currently faculty in Electronics and Communication Department, USICT, Gautam Buddha University. He has mentored more than 55 M. Tech. Dissertation in the field of ad-hoc wireless networks, Wireless sensor networks, cognitive radio technology, intelligent transportation system, etc. He has published many research papers in National/ International conferences and Journals. He has guided several projects based on IoT, smart home automation, energy conservation in the networks. He has explored various research and consultants in the area of intelligent transportation systems, energy harvesting in ad-hoc/wireless sensor networks, cognitive radio networks, IoT in networks, quality of services (QoS), traffic engineering in wireless networks. He has a keen interest in innovation and industrial development projects. He has delivered several invited talks in various FDP / Workshops. He has been awarded by Bokaro Steel plant Bokaro for the innovation project. He is the national winner of the National Children Science Congress. He has been awarded by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam (Former President of India) and also by Late Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee (Former Prime Minister of India) for the innovation project. He has successfully presented the project at the Indian Science Congress at Anna University Chennai. He has been also awarded for innovation projects by Bihar Association Chennai and Science for Society Bihar.
